1st stage: GATHERING COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION ABOUT POSITION

  • Elaboration, discussion with the Client and acceptance of the PROPOSAL, containing complex information about the project (about company, position, methods and sources of search, time schedule and criteria of candidates selection, fees, guarantees, search team, etc.).
  • 2nd stage: SELECTION AND ASSESSMENT OF CANDIDATES

  • BLM-Consort Database Search

  • Advertising on CONSORT`s web-site and other mass-media

  • Personal contacts, direct approaches to candidates

  • Gathering and analysis of information about candidates

  • Preliminary telephone interviews with candidates, primary assessment of candidates matching formal requirements

  • Personal interviews with candidates. Confirmation of the information obtained during preliminary search (education, work experience). Assessment of professional skills of a candidate. Determination of candidate`s personality suitability, motivation and salary expectations
  • 3rd stage:PRESENTATION

  • Consultant`s written report on each presented candidate

  • Determination and discussion with the Client of the best candidates for personal presentation

  • Organization of the Client`s interviews with the best candidates

  • Testing of final candidates (on demand)

  • Gathering of recommendations on final candidates
  • 4th stage: DISCUSSION/ DECISION MAKING

    Consultant of BLM-Consort acts as a go-between in discussion of the following questions:

  • Optimal date of candidate`s work commencement

  • Other terms and conditions of Employment Agreement.
  • 5th stage: FOLLOW UP

  • Follow up and assistance in adaptation of the new employee
