JOB PURPOSE:

• Bring support to operations regarding MR, by proposing, defining, conducting and using analyses and primary research surveys according to needs


ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

Reports to Head of Market Research

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:
Headcount:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Define the market research plan according to Operations objectives; budget planning and management
• Internal consulting on relevance and feasibility of analyses/surveys as well as on indicators and agencies
• Ensure the respect of quality standards
• Check the credibility, consistency, reliability and reproducibility of analyses, forecasts and primary research activities.
• Responsible for performance analysis : reporting and intelligence
• Organisation and management of primary ad-hoc research projects :
o briefing,
o negotiating with agencies & agency selection,
o control and responsibility for the project (quality and deadlines),
o control and responsibility for making synthesis of outputs, conclusions and recommendations,
o Communicate research results, conclusions and recommendations to internal customers,
o Participate in development of action plan based on research results;
• Management of syndicated researches:
o control and responsibility for meeting deadlines on reports
o responsible for information analysis: preparing of reports with comments
o Communicate research results, conclusions and recommendations to internal customers,
o Participate in development of action plan based on research results;
• Interface role with other affiliates and corporate MR teams

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Higher education (Master Degree) in business (with specialization in Sales or economics) or management

Experience & knowledge:
Minimum 2 years experience in industry or agency
Expertise in agencies, information providers, & MR associations
Expertise in methodologies : performance analysis, primary research, forecasting)
Knowledge of company markets
Planning and budget management

Core competencies:
Communication, management, ability to recommend and raise the voice
Transversal project management
Consulting spirit, anticipation
Exchanges with internal and external peers
Business sense, flexibility, objectivity, priority definition
